Dr. Nizar Khalifa, the General Director of the hospital, expressed his gratitude for the cooperation between the two parties over the past period. He particularly commended the success achieved through the training provided in the area of patient experience care. Numerous members of the hospital staff were trained in this field, contributing to the positive outcome.

Dr. Abdulhai Meqdad, a specialist in patient experience care, conducted a coaching session on “Training Managers in Patient Experience Care” which was attended by numerous heads of medical and nursing departments, as well as those who work with patients across all hospital departments.
