Dr. Meqdad Stresses on Customer Experience Importance

Despite this optimistic outlook, there is a clear deficiency in the quality of services provided to workers in the tourism sector, leading to many unsuccessful tourism experiences. Dr. Meqdad stresses the urgent need to prioritize the tourist experience and measure the extent of customer satisfaction. To achieve this, he calls upon those in charge of the tourism sector to adopt the best international practices and standards to improve the tourist experience. This involves holding training courses, workshops, and forums to raise awareness among workers.

Dr. Meqdad emphasizes that starting with the workers, the policies, procedures, and services must be reconsidered, and the details of the infrastructure of tourism facilities must be improved. This must coincide with rapid and large-scale improvements in the structure of tourism services to ensure the desired goals of the growth of this vital and promising sector are achieved.

Moreover, Dr. Meqdad stresses that taking care of the customer experience is one of the most important ways to increase profitability. He explains that the impression the customer feels about the tourist service provided to them is the best way to understand the tourist’s experience. The customer experience is crucial in the growth and development of the facility’s work. It is necessary to ensure a positive and successful experience for the customer so that they feel confident and can build a successful relationship with the facility or product and recommend it to others.

Dr. Meqdad emphasizes the importance of regularly analyzing feedback from surveys and questionnaires to measure customer satisfaction and improve their experience with a product, service, or brand. This approach helps decision-makers understand how customers perceive their offerings and make necessary improvements. The tourism sector in the Kingdom should prioritize enhancing the tourist experience to meet its objectives and remain competitive in the global market.
